SUMMIT
Ample amounts of layered acrylic to give traditional landscapes a three dimensional look. This series is heavily inspired by the mountains in the world and the freeing feelings they bring. The mountains give us time to reflect on the natural beauty of the world, and an escape from modern life to give a new perspective. The mountains offer a space for us to challenge ourselves while taking in the beauty of it all.
This series of work first made its debut in 2016, these are the works Morgan has been creating the longest. Her style has shifted but she hasn’t grown tired of creating these monochromatic textured landscapes.
